Man, that sucks about your situation with U-verse! I've also had my share of problems with them and now actually subscribe and work with DISH Network. So glad in my switch, I haven't had any problems with my services now and actually get more HD channels and have more recording space on my awesome ViP 722k receiver; about three times more than U-verse. Plus it's a lot more affordable for my America's Top 200 package and I don't get any unwanted tech visits! Lol, they must have had you really steaming to be shaking that pen like that haha! :)
15 Jun 2011. I subscribed for the sports channel simply to watch the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals. The game is on for the rest of the nation, but apparently not for AT&T UVERSE customers. Instead of showing game 7, (reminder, I am paying extra dollars simply to watch the NHL finals), there is NO FINAL game showing. Instead the NHL channel is showing old games from the past!! BUMMER BUMMER (AT&T uverse support (I've been on the phone with them for about 20 minutes) do not know how to help and/or find someone who knows what is going on. HORRID when the FINALS of a SERIES does not show up!!!!!! GRRRRR
